Run this short macro in french localization:

Sub monTest
resume label
label:
End Sub

You get error message "Résumé sans erreur."
The term Resume is in fact a Basic instruction (which has nothing to do with a 
résumé 
but means in french : reprendre à). This term should not be translated.
The sentence should be : "Resume sans erreur."  (note: there is no accent on 
Resume)
