There are shortcuts to apply a title style to a portion of text, but it lacks
shortcuts (such as TAB/MAJ TAB when the cursor is at the top of the line) to
raise or lower the title level.
This should be applicable to a whole selection too. For instance:
Chapter1
Section1
Section1
select the whole, then apply the shortcut (for instance TAB), and get:
Section1
SubSection1
SubSection1
