SBA: Adjusting Summary to reflect the findings.
Workaround: One has to connect the left and right page styles in the desired way
and then save that document as default template.
Note: The "risk" is that by applying one page style (i.e. "left page"), the
other one will be applied automatically to the document. There is some users who
like to read a page or two before ANYTHING happens autiomatically. Yet others
expect things THEY prefer and expect to happen silently in the background
without a single dialog ever...
