TAB/ Shift-TAB are the default shortcuts for demoting and promoting a heading or
a paragraph of a numbering. Furthermore own shortcuts could be assigned in the
Tools - Configure dialog in the section: Application - Numbering- Up/Down one
level or Up/Down with sublevels. Even shortcuts for Heading level 4 to 10 could
be assigned in Tools - Configure and not to forget the Navigator (F5) to edit
the documents outline.
