2005 -------
Added two slots SID_DISPLAY_MASTER_BACKGROUND and SID_DISPLAY_MASTER_OBJECTS.
They are called when the context menu entries described above are clicked on.
In drviews6.cxx the slots are processed and the visibility of the associated
layers of the current page is toggled.
The setting for the master background is ignored at the moment. This is covered
by issue 42075.
