I can't reproduce with m137 and locale zh_CN.UTF-8. The content of this dialog
should *not* be in Simplyfied Chines. It shows information which are comming
from the system whem installing a package. These informations are not localised.
BTW: This tool you are using to install OOo doesn't belong to OOo. Please use
the corresponding bugtracking system.
