Additional requests:
   d) differentiate between the num-pad and the rest of the keyboard.
Example: In M$ Word Ctrl+- gives you a conditional hyphen, whereas Ctrl+NUM-
gives you a long dash. In OOo 2.0 they both do the same (conditional hyphen),
because they are treated as the same shortcut.
   e) (as suggested on other issues before) drop the system of selecting a new
shortcut from a predefined list. Instead, let the users press the actual
shortcut themselves (and have OOo read it from the keyboard), as in M$ Word.
