SO does not show the problem in m132 or m137.

Installing an OOom136 with Finnish and French hyphenation it is visible that the
problem occurs only if "automatic hyphention" is enabled. And it happens for
both languages!
If on the other hand I set the language back from French to Finnish, leave
"automatic hyphenation" enabled BUT disable the Finnish hyphenator explicitly
via "Tools/Options/..." then everything is fine again.
That is: Since I don't think the the actual language dictionary has sth to with
it (French had the same problem) I think it is a problem of the hypheantor 
itself.
Probably returning some incorrect data when asked for hyphenation points.
