------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 2 04:12:35 -0800 2005 ------- This is a fault in the wording on the Autocorrect dialogue. It says "Ignore double spaces." So if the box is checked, one would be inclined to think that Autocorrect would ignore double spaces that the user types and leave them as double spaces. In fact, it does the opposite. If the box is checked, Open Office ignores any spaces typed after the first one. The box needs to be checked to replace double spaces with single spaces while typing. It would be better if the wording was: "Replace double spaces with single space. " I wonder why there is no [M] option to replace while modifying existing text? That would be a useful alternative to search and replace. Not important, just logical to have the option there too. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
