This screen seems to show on a per user basis for : 1 - License Acceptance, 2 - User Name Information, 3 - Product Registration. I see no way of just having to enter User Name and bypass License and Registration which should be done system wide. On Win2000 Platform : Someone to confirm above answer ("FirstStartWizardCompleted" value to "true") which do not work here ?.
