If you try these with a simple Writer document (odt), such as one containing
only a paragraph "Some non-ascii letters: öäåéèáÖÄÅ", OOo 1.1.5 makes the export
with the proper encoding (using simple_example_1.xsl), while 2.0 (or m136 or
m137) does not (using simple_example_2.xsl).

Notice that the filter for OOo 1.1.x (simple_example_1.xsl) can be used also in
2.0 as a .sxw filter, when it is set as such from the filter settings and the
document is a .sxw document. The encoding problem seems to occur also then.

Notice also that the "Test filter" output window always displays the result in
UTF-8, thus also ignoring the encoding. Maybe that's a small bug too, but not so
important as it's just a test tool. The problem can be seen (also) when actually
exporting the document.
