------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Feb 4 14:24:14 -0800 2005 ------- I was able to reproduce the problem in the following environments, - MS Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4, OpenOffice 1.1.4 - Red Hat Linux 7.3 Kernel 2.4.26, OpenOffice 1.1.0 Steps Followed: 1.Start OpenOffice 2.Open file1 3.Format text (either italics,bold,underline) 4.Position cursor in the formated text of file1 5.Go to âInsert -> Fileâ and insert file 2 6.Observer Results In step 6 part of the data following the insertion point will lose its format and become normal. The error is inconsistent as for some insertions only one line is affected, for others more than a paragraph can be affected (following the insertion point).
