MT: Same behavior like Writer in OOo2:
- Paper size depends on Language, not on Printer
- Orientation is portrait
- Fontbox doesn't show printer font, when not formatting for the printer
(default)
Additional, Calc now also doesn't show raster fonts in font list box.
This is an optional step, which avoids some fonts in Font list, and makes font
selection more compatible with Writer
