Website is a project that includes more than WWW; WWW is not really a project
but a special directory
for the OOo homepage and a bunch of other pages.
The component structure works in that www issues are those that pertain as well
to the overall
functioning of the site, and include everything from mail lists and on; issues
to Website concern the
work of that project, which is a testing project and does not deal with the
overall site structure.
