2005 -------
- File|New|Master Document
- in the Navigator (F5), insert (context menu -> Insert|File) the attached 
document
- switch off the form design mode
- check and uncheck the check box in the document
=> nothing happens to the other controls in the document

expected outcome: The other controls are enabled if and only if the check box is
checked. This works perfectly when opening the attached document directly.

fs->lo: I think we have a conceptual hole here. XML form documents in Master
Documents are somewhat strange. Should we simply declare this as "not
supported"? If so, do we need to warn the user when inserting such a document?
