Certain shortcut key combinations assigned to an OpenOffice.org function do not
appear greyed out in the application specific key combination assignment dialog.

For instance, Ctrl-P shows in the Calc list in black text even though by
default it is assigned to OpenOffice.org Print. This item should be greyed
out. It's unclear why some items grey out properly and others do not.
