Tried the functionality with the released OOo2.0 final.

Inserting of *.wav file using menu "Insert / Movie and Sound" seems to work
well. When the inserted sound is seletect there is a toolbar that allows to
play it.

Inserting as OLE object works also as expected. A file with no registered OLE
server is inserted, as result a package OLE objects wrapping the file is
inserted. During activation the package object activates the application that is
registered in the system for this file format ( winamp in this case ). With the
tested version the default player plays the sound successfuly.

Since both mentioned scenarios work well I am closing the issue as not
reproducible. Please reopen the issue if it is still possible to reproduce the
problem in the released OOo2.0 or later versions.
