cd->mmeeks: Hi Micheal, thanks for your investigation. I think my attached patch
is better for OOo 2.0.2 as it doesn't depend on an incompatible interface
changes. I will use your patch for the next major version as it's a more
flexible solution. Currently the user interface name is only used and supported
for custom toolbars, therefore my patch is also applicable.
