Installation now writes Windows registry entry with path
"HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\OpenOffice.org\URE" and key "Path", pointing to the
base directory of the URE installation (e.g., C:\Program Files\URE).
(Currently, URE can only be installed on Windows with admin rights, so the real
registry entry path is
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Software\OpenOffice.org\URE"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT is a virtual, merged tree]. If URE were installable as
non-admin, the real path should automatically be
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Software\OpenOffice.org\URE".)
