Hi Pavel,
I just can't reproduce your problem. I even did a "work from home day" for being
able to access the internet without proxy and the CWS tools worked like a
charm.
If I remember our chat session right you first installed Net::SSLeay and then
Crypt::SSLeay. Crypt::SSLeay did the trick with the proxy. Could you try it with
another perl installation with only XML::Parser, Crypt::SSLeay and SOAP::Lite?
Something is interfering here.
Another possibility is, that you might have HTTP_PROXY or related environment
variables even if you don't intend to use a proxy and SOAP is confused by it.
