2005 -------
With a Master Document containing more than 6 pages, pages numbered 10 and above
are numbered consecutively while pages numbered below 10 skip every other number
(1,3,5,7,9,10,11,12,13,14).
The total pages "counter" appears to use the last page number to indicate total
pages.  Thus a document with 10 actual pages shows an erroneous 14 pages total
(See above) when the first page style points to right page style as "next
style". When the "next style" after first page is "Left page", total page count
is correct as is the page numbering (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10).

I know that a lot of this is replowing the same ground.  I am merely pointing
out all the obvious symptoms as they are encountered, so that you will know what
will comprise my test case once a fix is declared.
