MRU->MAV: when closing the OLE server in a certain way, the error picture will
be displayed in OO instead of the object. I checked it with a similar product,
th so-called "ISIS Draw" (also a chemical drawing application).
You have to insert it into document, save & closed the doc, then reopen and
activate an existing object and then close it in the server app via File.Close
(do NOT use file.Exit).
