ATR->HRO: I can reproduce this performance problems at win98/ME. The startup of
m139 is very slow. The first initialtion of the templates is also very slow, SO
seems to be froozen.
This problem does not occur in m138.
And the m139 runs at win2k and winXP without this problems.
