In rc.hxx, the inline definition is this:
void FreeResource() { GetResManager()->PopContext( this ); }
That member function GetResManager() appears to be defined in resmgr.cxx, but I
don't see that resmgr.obj is included in app.lib. Is it possible that the error
message actually means that GetResManager() cannot be resolved?
