This only happens on Windows 98. I checked it out on two different sytems.
When entering a formula and the formula content is getting a bit longer (best to
see when e.g. inporting the samples annuities.odf and LinearRegression.odf on
aftr another). Then it last remarkably rendering the formula on the screen than
on a WinXP on the same system (my 1800+ machine).
