Confirmed - Windows XP SP2, OOo 2.0:

1) Open a calc sheet
2) Double click a cell: The cursor does not flash. However, the cell is still
selected and if you type the cursor will appear. Clicking a third time on the
cell also causes the cursor to appear and flash.

However, in the OOo 2.0.169 dev build, I do not have this problem. Double
clicking works properly; the cursor appears as expected and all.

*Changing priority to P4
*Marking as fixed (fixed in the 2.0.169 dev release).

If others have the same problem in later releases we can reopen the bug.
Otherwise, just wait and the problem will be gone when the dev release becomes
the next maintence release of OOo.
