In OOo, check box controls do not only have the check mark image, but also a
label text. All controls in the document, however, have been resized to be only
as small as the check mark image.
Now some of the controls actually *do* have a non-empty label text ("CheckBox"),
others don't. However, the label text is never visible, since the controls are
small enough to hide them.
So, the bug is that the controls print their label text even if its not visible.
Workaround: Switch off the control design mode ("Form Controls" toolbar). Mark
the check box(es) which wrongly print a label. Open the control property browser
("Control..." from the context menu, or double click). Set the "Label" property
to empty.
Grabbing the issue, and adjusting summary, to better describe the real problem.
