I found this one and think its same problem that I have found.

I have had problems to reproduce the problem. To tell you describe the problem
more exactly you can follow these steps - at least in your mind.

[1.] open an new (and of corese empty) spreadsheet
[2.] do the cell D4 as avtiv cell by clicking in it
[3.] in menu "Windows" choose the 4th row/alternativ probably named "frose"
or
samting like that (in swedish "fixera")
[4.] Then you have cut the spreadsheet into four pieces

[5.] I call the pices UR (upper right), LR (lower right), LL (lower left) and
UL (upper left)
[6.] You can also cut it into only two peices by marking cell D1
[7.] Then you have to pieces called L (left) and R (right)
[8.] You can olso cut it into two pieces by marking cell A4
[9.] Then you have to pieces called U (upper) and L (lower)

What I can remember has the problem showed up in U, UL, UR, and LR (take not
these as absolutely sure... Because I am not)
