To repair your file:
- unzip the file
- load the contenxt.xml in a editor
- replace all _5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f... to
get only one _5f.
- save
- rezip file
