Original OOo doesn't have the feature you described and doesn't present you with
a text import dialog when pasting data from the clipboard. Opening the file as
Text/CSV, which uses the same dialog, does not show the behavior you described.
Michael,
I conclude it is a feature of an ooo-build patch and therefore reassign this
issue to you. Since the report is for Beta2 it may as well be an already fixed
issue of the import dialog itself.
