SBA: Looks like a problem when the "base character" is found in a font, but the
diacritical mark is not. Then the latter is displayed as a square.
Manually setting a font that has both (i.e. Windows font "Arial Unicode MS")
brings the expected results when displaying the file or exporting to PDF.
I manually set the problematic table cell content to "Arial Uncode MS" and
exported to PDF (with Developer build 680m142 = OOo 2.01 candidate).
SBA->HDU: As discussed, we (= you) should find a solution for such "combined
character" problem :-)
