2005 -------
Fixed the problem with an invalid PDF problem in CWS vcl47.
The scenario is
- Win32
- a text which needs a complex shaping support
- the font does not support all the required glyphs
- all glyph fallback fonts do not support it either
=> the export to PDF creates a file that causes problems with acroread,
ghostview, etc.
