------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 23 08:25:33 -0800 2005 ------- When you prepare to print "form letter" document, then there is no second user dialog, where you can choose which pages to print (And very often I need to print only first or second page from such documents not all document). This drawback is reproduced on OpenOffice2 in Windows2000 and OpenOffice 1.9.129 in Linux in different documents with database fields. (OpenOffice 1.5 don't has this drawback - in "form letters" document you have second print dialog, where you may select which pages to print). To reproduce: * Write simple document with 2 pages; * Put any database field (from Biblography or other data source) somewhere in document; * Choose File > Print; * You will be asked if you wish to print form letter; Answer - yes * in "Mail Merge" dialog box choose which records to print AND if you push OK button, the job is sent to printer, BUT normally there should be second dialog box "Print", where you may select print range, and select to print only first or second page. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
