Actually I was not looking for a workaround. I raised the same issue at the OOo
forum and got the suggestion that I could add a row to top, split the table, and
then click between the two tables and press ENTER.
Obviously that is a waste of time; although it would certainly work.
The ENTER works only if the table is a "normal" table: But it does not work if
the table is NESTED. This is the inconsistency.
Issue 6450 is not related to this at all.
