download both attached files
pay attention to rename the extension of newsletter2 to dbf because of the
wrong MIME type
create the directory C:\Documents and Settings\Raphael T Meyer\My Documents
place Newsletter2.dbf in this driectory
open Newsletter3.odb in OOo 2.0.0
open the form Newsletter2
click on the icon Form-based Filters: OOo 2.0.0 crashes
