pl->hdu: please verify performance gain in psp::PrintFontManager::intialize on
CWS vs. master, also please verify performance gain in parseFile function. Only
practical method of verification is callgrind IMHO.
Please note that the changes in psp::PrintFontManager::intialize are only
noticeable in first startup and come mainly from calling parseFile less often.
Consequently the parseFile performance should only be tested AFTER first startup
when using a Type1 font.
