Florian: can you verify that with current m142, using plain Tiger, updated with
XCode 2.1:
gcc 3.3: can't compile stlport
gcc 4.0: can compile stlport
The first part of this patch (../stdarg.h) is no longer part of the current CVS
and got removed in macosxgcc4 cws in module stlport...
