OOo setup hangs at the screen that says "Computing space requirements" when run
with the /a switch in a Windows installation. (As I understand it, the /a switch
is meant to disable all system integration, although the only documentation I
can find is that which was discussed on the qa-dev email list.)

I experienced this problem with both 2.0 and 2.0.1RC1 using Windows XP, SP2 in a
Novell network environment. I was not installing OOo via the network; it was a
local install.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Download OOo installer (2.0 or 2.0.1RC1)
2) Run installer. (Double-click on it or whatever.)
3) Click "Next" The installer will now ask you where to unpack temporary files.
4) Point installer to the location of your choice. On the qa-dev list it was
suggested to use a location without spaces in the name. I chose
C:\OOo-installer\
5) Continuing will automatically lauch setup. Cancel setup at this point.
6) Start menu > Run... "C:\OOo-installer\setup.exe /a" (without quotes). This
launches the installer again with the /a switch in order to avoid system
integration (so as to have multiple versions of OOo installed simultaneously for
testing purposes)
7) OOo setup starts, but immediately hangs on the screen that says "Computing
space requirements." Even after 30+ minutes the installer hasn't moved from that
screen. Clicking cancel at this point will bring up the "Are you sure you want
to cancel?" dialog, but clicking yes at this dialog does not actually cause
setup to cancel. It stays hung.

I haven't confirmed this yet because I don't know whether it's just a fluke on
my system or if others have experienced it too.
