2005 -------
The current version of the DevGuide has changed and this part has been removed
from this chapter. The examples were also adapted to the new UNO bootstrap
mechanism where we don't need a listen office instance.
Please update to the new version of the SDK, the Developer's Guide and take a
look to the new online version of the Developer's Guide.
