This was a bug in the window handling. The maPos member of the toolbox that
holds the Windowposition is changed whenever the floating window is moved
because it tracks the position of its system border window (otherwise we would
always report 0,0 as position). But when setting the position via API only the
nX/nY members are checked and the position was never really changed. So maPos
always had the last position while floating which led to the paint error.
