fixed the doc with the diff and also duplicated the changed text in
ddIssues_EnterModify.html.en, which is
served for "en" browsers and which thus did not reflect the changes made to
.html.html. Two documents
then to track :-)
Anyway, the document looks good and is clear, I think.
