------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Dec 3 19:11:46 -0800 2005 ------- I see the same thing but after saving as doc. I wrote and saved as odt originally then saved as doc for others w/o OOo to read/edit. After that I continued to work in doc format. Eventally, but possibly not after the first save as doc, I have noticed that misspelled words were not flagged with the squiggly red underline nor would they be found when a global spellcheck was run. If I started a "new" document and type in the misspelled words exactly the same way, only then would they be seen as mispelled. But if I copied the misspelled word from doc and paste to the the new document (not yet saved in any format) the misspelling would not be seen. I am seeing this on linux (updated fc 3) with Writer 2.0. Also, seems similar to Issue 58266. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
