After a little chat, pjanik suggests making a warning to tell the user what's
been done, e.g.
"warning, prelinked libgcc.so, enabling --with-system-stdlibs, use
--without-system-stdlibs to override"
So that if no use supplied option is given and prelink is active then output the
above and enable --with-system-stdlibs, but allow them to override.
