You can only see this message with the ProductCode of the installed product for a very short time, before the installation wizard starts. This message is set by the Windows Standard Action looking for installed products that are listed in the Upgrade table of the msi database. This mechanism is handled by the Windows Installer, that looks for Upgrade Codes and ProductCodes, not for Product names. Therefore it would be a new behaviour that requires a Windows Custom Action, to inform the user during the installation process about the products that will be removed.
