this issue is about OOo not supporting the NTLM authentication scheme that is
used by default by Internet Information Server (ISS). neon 0.25.x supports this
authentication scheme. So, updating neon could be sufficient to fix this bug.
The "API call exited abnormally" things mentioned here are actually unrelated.
These messages appear because OO ActiveX plugin (used to display OOo docs inside
Internet Explorer window) does not support HTTPS.
