I checked with “2.0.1 RC2 German version WIN XP: [680m143(Build8986)]” and can
confirm the problem.
It's not only in WRITER, other modules are affected, too (I tried with CALC).
You can find the problem shown in screenshot 'ooo.png'
1. open OOo
2. New Document / Writer
3. Menu "Hilfe - OpenOffice.org Hilfe
4. select card "Inhalte"
5. "Modulunabhängige Hilfethemen - Laden, Speichern, Import, Export -
Öffnen von Dokumenten"
6. Go to Bottom of page and click hyperlink "Datei - Öffnen"
That will lead you to the wrong English help headings
By the way:
If you change to card "Index" you will find several eintries in English as
"accessibility", "activating", "applying" (all: Help for WRITER") and several
others, also for other OOo modules.
This is serious and urgent.
