This issue is bug or interface inconsistency. I've found that oocalc treats
formula entered into cell in inconsistent way when cell's category is set to
'Text'.

Case I: Correct (IMO) formula calculation, steps to reproduce:
* Create new spreadsheet
* Enter '2' into cell B1
* Enter '=B1' into cell A1 ('2' should be displayed in both cells)
* Select cell A1
* Select 'Format'->'Cells'. 'Format Cells' dialog should appear.
* Select 'Numbers' tab.
* Select 'Text' item in 'Category' list.
* Press 'OK'
* Enter '3' into cell B1 ('3' should be displayed in both cells).

Case II: Incorrect (IMO) formula calculation, steps to reproduce:
* Create new spreadsheet
* Select cell A1
* Select 'Format'->'Cells'. 'Format Cells' dialog should appear.
* Select 'Numbers' tab.
* Select 'Text' item in 'Category' list.
* Press 'OK'
* Enter '2' into cell B1
* Enter '=B1' into cell A1
* BUG: Content of A1 cell is treated as string instead of formula and its value
is different than value of cell B1.

EXPECTED:
Selection of 'Text' as cell's category shouldn't prevent entering of formula
into this particular cell.

NOTE:
In both cases, saving of spreadsheet in 'OpenDocument Spreadsheet' format
doesn't change anything. Spreadsheet created in case 1 still works good (IMO).
Spreadsheet created in case 2 still works bad.
