2005 -------
When starting OO to listen a TCP port like this:
soffice "-accept=socket,host=localhost,port=8100;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager"

And open a connection with OO with a telnet utility

telnet localhost 8100

And typing some characters (any characters) and pressinf "Enter"

the instance of OO will crash

This was reported in october of 2003 in the site :

I searched the bug track and don't find any bug with this description.
