You can find this file on download.microsoft.com/download/1/5/1/1519cfe7-8ead-49b3-a3d5-b281bfb08379/MobileDvc.doc or with google search. (635392 bytes, md5 936b694696081303bc9d5a64e264d6c6 ) Microsoft Word 2003 opens this file correctly.
