This has taken the load off the mail server (asmx1). Coupled with that, operations made some slight changes to the mail server configurations. We verified that the overall mail performance had now improved significantly. CN operations will monitor the behaviour of the new Brightmail cluster and schedule to place the openoffice.org server behind that setup early next week.
